iPD Healthcare Student Services
iPD works collaboratively with more than 100 healthcare facilities throughout the greater Auckland region. The company has also worked with facilities in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu and Wellington regions. Over time, iPD’s database has grown in excess of 250 North Island healthcare facilities.
Through these channels iPD has facilitated the voluntary work practicum of more than 400 healthcare students and, placed many of those students in permanent employment.

Orientation: The NZ healthcare sector. Health & Safety. Professional conduct.
Work practicum placement: Provider placements arranged for students. Provider Liaison: Providers visited and liaised with regularly to monitor progress. Student contact: Students contact maintained on-site and in scheduled meetings to monitor progress. Assessment: Independent assessment of student work practices including Provider sign-off. Support: 1 on 1 support for students requiring additional help. Reporting: Regular status reporting |
